A large site for residential development required us to create the perfect external space that would help create the ambience and space to foster the new community. Blocks of apartments each designed around a garden atrium with bridges criss crossing creating those in between spaces between the private home and the external world. Each of these blocks then opens out into the larger green space that houses the club house and gardens.
